3. User Responsibilities

4. Service Limitations

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service booking unless otherwise agreed
• Refunds are available within 48 hours of initial consultation if not satisfied
• Missed appointments may be subject to charges unless cancelled 24 hours in advance
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information shared during our professional relationship. We will not disclose personal information, career details, or session content to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, and content provided by Career Forward Guide remain our intellectual property. Clients may use these materials for personal career development but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Career Forward Guide's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 48 hours written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. Career Forward Guide reserves the right to terminate services for violation of these terms.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, notified to users via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
